Dragon and Mother’s Day Frame


A dragon Mother’s Day frame kids can color, cut, and craft with a family photo.
Materials Needed: coloring pencils or markers, scissors, glue, cardboard, a printed mother–child photograph
- Print out the coloring page. Color the dragon, the frame, and the hearts in any colors you like.
- Color the letters of “Happy Mother’s Day” in bright and cheerful colors.
- Leave the rectangular space in the center of the frame empty. (This is where the mother–child photo will go.)
- Carefully cut out the entire figure and frame along the outline.
- Trim the photo to fit and glue it inside the empty space of the frame.
- Use the small circles on the sides to thread a ribbon or string if you wish to hang it.
Optional: You can also glue this craft onto cardboard to make it sturdier and give it to your mom as a special card!
Dragon Treasure Chest Pencil Holder


A dragon and treasure chest coloring page kids can craft into a pencil holder.
Materials Needed: coloring pencils or markers, scissors, glue, an empty paper towel roll, a small piece of cardboard
- Color the dragon and the treasure chest with bright and creative colors.
- We recommend coloring the metal parts of the chest in gold and silver tones for extra sparkle.
- Carefully cut out the dragon and the treasure chest along the outer lines. (Do not cut inside the shapes.)
- Cut the piece of cardboard to match the height of the paper roll and glue the colored figure onto it.
- Attach a round piece of cardboard to the bottom of the roll to create a sturdy base.
- Place your pencils or paintbrushes inside the treasure chest holder.

- On the scroll the dragon is holding, write a short note or your name.
- Carefully cut out the figure along the outer lines. (You may also cut it into a rectangle shape if preferred.)

- Cut a small round hole at the mark above the dragon’s head using scissors or a hole puncher.
- Thread a ribbon or string through the hole and tie a knot.
- Place the bookmark inside your book, with the dragon’s tail hanging outside the pages for decoration.
